Jacob Matthew Huber Obituary, Fallowfield Township, Pennsylvania — Jacob Matthew Huber, a 24-year-old resident of Ruffs Dale, Pennsylvania, died Tuesday morning after a tragic wrong-way crash on the Mon/Fayette Expressway (Pennsylvania Route 43) in Washington County, according to the Washington County Coroner’s Office and Pennsylvania State Police.

Authorities said the fatal collision occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. near the Donora exit in Fallowfield Township. Investigators reported that Huber was traveling southbound when another vehicle entered the southbound lanes while traveling in the wrong direction, resulting in a head-on collision. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Huber sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead.

The Washington County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Jacob Matthew Huber, confirming that he died from injuries suffered in the crash. His death has left family members, friends, and those in his community mourning the sudden loss of a young life taken in a devastating traffic accident.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, the driver who was traveling the wrong way, along with a passenger, both residents of Ohio, suffered injuries in the collision.
